PanGammon here. I am the owner of PanGammon's Devious Dye. Once you pay my fee of 5k you can try out as many dyes as you like of mine (excluding Black Dye Combos and final price) until you find a color you want. If you aren't happy in the end you get your money back!!!
The final price is 5k per dye and also I can make custom colors that suit your needs. I have quite a few screenshots on my thread (though you can try the color out in person if you must) of varying armours so be sure to check them out.
